What the world doesn’t understand
the one true God revealed
that salvation comes by His grace
the truth is not concealed

of all the forms of religion
that Satan has devised
he is the god of all this world
the world believes his lies

and many millions go to hell
believing they are right
but that won’t change what God has said
His words of truth are light

how sad the world believes a lie
religions based on deeds
man can never enter heaven
no matter how he pleads

for it’s by grace that you are saved
and not that of yourselves
and not of works lest one should boast
nothing good in you dwells

one mediator we do have
between God and mankind
is Jesus Christ Who shed His blood
through Him the way we find

by the shedding of blood is hope
that Christ died for your sins
religion can’t wash them away
only love truly wins
